Screenshot - two player cards are input

This screenshot shows a computation given player's hand is a pair of eights. The figure in the upper left corner of the grid is the optimal composition dependent expected value for a 2 deck shoe with 1 each (2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7) removed for a pair of eights versus all dealer up cards. The values in each up card column show the expected values for each possible player strategy versus that up card. The strategy listed at the bottom is the best composition dependent strategy decision. Expected values were computed assuming dealer has checked for blackjack and doesn't have it. Expected values can optionally be computed assuming loss to dealer blackjack.

Rules that were input:
Dealer stands on soft 17, player can double on any 2 cards, aces can be split once, no hitting split aces, pairs 2-10 can be split 3 times, doubling after splitting is allowed, blackjack pays 3 to 2 odds, no surrender allowed, full peek
